Last Thursday was Dining out for Life day, which means when you dine at any participating restaurant , grocery store, cafe or bakery on this day, up to 30% of your purchase will be donated to Lifelong AIDS Alliance and the fight against illness and hunger in our community.

One of the participating restaurants was The Saint, which is my favorite spot for happy hour and is a block away from our condo. Their happy hour starts at 5pm till 7 pm and they have the best margarita ever! (In my opinion of course)

You really can’t miss the bright turquoise exterior and It feels cozy once you are inside.  They have old pictures of matadors in different frames (some of them are even funny-looking) and all the servers here are great.

This is their house margarita called Hermano.  It.is.to.die.for! They also have other cocktails for happy hour but you can not go wrong with this one.

Ever since I tried their ceviche, I was hooked! The fish tasted fresh and citrusy, and they were served on homemade masa rounds.

We also ordered their Mini gorditas de puerco, which was a slow cooked spicy pork served also on homemade masa rounds.  This was our first time having them and my husband had to order another batch after we finished the first one, It was that good!

Lastly, we had their chicken mole tacos served with rice and beans.  I love love love tacos and these are so delicious.  Just looking at this picture makes me drool. So If you are ever on Seattle and craving for Mexican food, consider this place!
